Air Compressor for Laser Cutting
When it comes to laser cutting operations, large volumes of compressed air are required as a power source, the pressure needed is generally greater than 13kg. This enables the laser beam to irradiate the surface of workpiece to make it reach the melting point. In addition, compressed air can blow away the molten metal out of the kerf to prevent from nozzle blockage, while prolonging the service life of laser cutting machine.
On the other hand, compressed air as cutting assist gas can greatly reduce laser operating cost. So that, air compressor can be an ideal compressed air solution for the laser cutting equipment.
Case of air compressor in laser cutting
Shanghai Rotrocomp air compressor uses air end made in Germany to ensure continuous supply of compressed air. High efficiency refrigerated air dryer and 5-stage compressed air filter are adopted to ensure that the air quality reaches 0.001ppm. 304L stainless steel piping system features high resistance to corrosion and high temperature, providing low rate of air leak as well as easy installation.
Products for Laser Cutting
We offer air compressors with a power range of 5.5-400kW to accommodate your specific application needs.
Shanghai Rotorcomp has been presenting its screw air compressors in the market since its establishment in 1999. In fact, our first foundation goes back to 1985, we was a company engaged in manufacturing piston air compressors until we moved our headquarter to international metropolis – Shanghai in 2000. Since then, we have made commitment to developing screw compressors, pressure vessels, heated desiccant air dryers, refrigerated air dryers and compressed air filters with the support of Germany Rotorcomp Verdichter GmbH.
Shanghai Rotorcomp is dedicated to provide customers worldwide with our high quality compressed air systems, which can be extensively used in machinery, medical, electronics, textile, automotive, mining, construction, and many other industries. Since the day of our establishment, we have delivered our products and services to global customers in more than 60 countries and regions.
